Tracxn - Program Manager - Engineering Team (2-4 yrs)
About the Role:
As a program manager at Tracxn, you will be responsible for managing programs, including solving problems, executing projects, implementing, owning, and improving processes within the program, and tracking their performance. You will be embedded in the Engineering vertical where you will work on projects and processes for the Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Solve problems
- Take complete ownership of the design and processes implemented for your program
- Identify gaps and improvement areas and provide solutions
- Divide solution into multiple projects
- Breakdown these solutions into further actionables
Implement
- Define approach and actionable steps for the projects
- Build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible
- Ensure training of involved personnel and identify specific training programs if needed
Monitor progress
- Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports
- Proactively monitor progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes
- Continuously Identify areas of improvement in the processes
Please apply if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of work experience
