About the Role:

As an associate program manager at Tracxn, you will be responsible for assisting the program manager with managing programs, including solving problems, executing projects, implementing, owning, and improving processes within the program, and tracking their performance. You will be embedded in the Engineering vertical where you will work on projects and processes for the Engineering team. This is an entry level role.

Key Responsibilities:

Solve Problems:

- Collaborate with the program manager to solve complex challenges and address issues within the program.

- Take ownership of the design and processes implemented for your program

- Identify gaps and improvement areas and provide solutions

Implement:

- Assist the program manager to build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible

- Ensure training of involved personnel and identify specific training programs if needed

Monitor progress:

- Set up monitoring protocols and design MIS reports

- Proactively monitor progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes

- Continuously Identify areas of improvement in the processes

Please apply if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1 to 2 years of work experience

- Technical bent of mind and keen interest in technical projects
