Job Responsibilities:.

- Validation of Service Agreements ensuring compliance before registration and onboarding.

- Manage banking and fund operations efficiently.

- Coordinate and direct preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for Commercial Fixed Costs and drive cost-efficiency projects.

- Oversee payroll processing and employee taxation.

- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.

- Prepare and analyze financial accounts as requested.

- Advance knowledge and handling of GST & TDS.

- GST & TDS return filing and compliance management.

- Prepare tax computations and income tax returns.

- Perform account/bank reconciliations to ensure the compliances for Audit.

- Review and process employee expense reports.

- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.

- Optimize financial processes and drive cost-saving initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Conduct risk management by analyzing financial data and mitigating potential risks.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial performance.

- MIS reporting for budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a finance lead.

Qualification :

- MBA in finance/CA/CPS is preffered.

- Experience in industry-based accounting roles is an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of accounting tools such as Zoho Books/QuickBooks and proficiency in Google Sheets.

- Excellent analytical, forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting skills.

- A keen eye for automation; experience working with software like Zoho is preferred.

- High level of ownership and ability to set up processes from scratch.

- Experience working in a startup or CA firm is preferable.
