TR Specialist/HR Professional - Hays Methodology - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
1. Manage JE process following Hay Methodology and global function models where exists
2. Evaluate a job basis inputs received from Line Manager & HRBP's for select critical roles/ levels
3. Conduct job interviews (as required) for Job evaluation
4. Validate JE consistency vertically and horizontally across function
5. Co-ordinate with corporate for job evaluation of senior roles
6. Performs JE task via JEM Tool and upload PAQ & Structure on the tool
7. Share JE results with TR COE / TR SDT for approvals as per agreed approval matrix
8. Communicate JE results and rational with HRBP
9. Deliver results within the defined SLAs
10. Manage JEM tool update with all function changes
11. Manage comprehensive dashboards and reports from JEM to enable SDT TR Leads with information all needed information ; number of evaluated roles, timing, comparison horizontally and vertically
12. Enable HRBPs with right level of knowledge regarding function-specific model and KPIs impacting role evaluations
13. Act as SPOC with global/sector TR COE for functional model updates
- 4 years of general professional experience in the area of Human Resources including at least 2 years of experience in Total Rewards
- Experience of working across a sector/ different countries would be preferable
- University degree
- Hay evaluation methodology training
- Practical knowledge of SLAs and workload management
