We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of work experience (undergrad from a reputed college) that is relevant to a career in finance (i.e. if you cannot read and analyse a P&amp;L, BS - this may not be for you). TR Academy 2021 presentation: https://bit.ly/3bOWkh2 Key Responsibilities - You will be participating actively in the development and the growth of the company. - You will be involved in: (i) investment opportunities across Asia and more specifically in India and China, (ii) portfolio monitoring, (iii) basic accountancy and financial administrative tasks. - You will be autonomous and have significant responsibilities. Requirements : - Candidate has to be strong in the following areas: Financial Accounting, Financial Modeling, and general analytical skills. - Candidate has to be able to summarize analysis and thoughts in a form which is synthetic and easy to understand. Clear and concise communication is required. Willingness to express view is also important. Skills: - Excellent level of analyzing, synthesizing and writing; being autonomous, adaptive, and rigorous; familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word as well as financial databases. - Previous working/internship experience in financial sector is required, ideally in Private Equity/Investment Banking/Management Consulting.
