Townscript - Accounts Executive (1-3 yrs)
Job Role
- Day-to-day bookkeeping for Indian entity & Overseas subsidiary using Tally
- Helping Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting, monthly closure etc.
- Payroll processing, issuing letters as required
- Assisting in preparing for annual closing of accounts, relative tax statutory filings.
- Cash flow management (by using in-house company software)
- Coordination with banks & payment gateways.
- Should create & maintain employee expense reimbursement process.
- To handle invoices generation to payment recording process and accounts payable process. Client & vendor account reconciliation.
Required Qualifications & Skill sets
- Should be a CA/CA Inter/ similar qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, especially in an e-commerce field
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Good knowledge of Excel
