About Us:

Townhall, a B2B SAAS hybrid-native events technology platform for the global market, is looking for a Senior Account Executive. Townhall is backed by BookMyShow as a strategic investor and other marquee angel investors such as Kunal Shah, Haresh Chawla, among others. Some of the leading customers who already trust Townhall to power their event technology needs include IEEE, ASME, BookMyShow, TEDx, etc. The leadership team is on a mission to build Townhall into a unicorn company in the next few years!

As a Senior Account Executive you will:

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle right from identifying target prospects to closing deals across various industry verticals in India and globally

- Lead all aspects of deal execution from account mapping, building relationships with key stakeholders, sharing custom proposals, and driving commercials negotiations, and deal forecasting

- Work closely with the SDR to identify and set up meetings with high-quality leads from the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

- Lead discovery calls with prospects to understand their pain points and qualify them as real winnable business opportunities

- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your customers through a consultative selling approach

- Proactively seek and maintain a deep knowledge of the events technology market

- Be the voice of the customer and share their feedback internally to drive product improvements

We are looking for someone who..

- Has at least 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role in a B2B SaaS setup

- Has experience navigating complex sales cycles that involves engaging multiple stakeholders in an enterprise-grade organisation

- Has excellent communication skills and has the ability to engage senior decision-makers/CXO folks

- Is disciplined in prospecting consistently and collaborating with SDR to maintain a healthy pipeline

- Is a hustler and enjoys working in a startup environment with young & driven people

- Loves talking to prospects and building long-term relationships with them!

- Is preferably trained in MEDDPICC, BANT, and Value-based Selling Frameworks

At Townhall, the leadership team is a group of proven entrepreneurs that previously built the leading India market focused events ticketing technology product, Townscript. They served 52,000 events over the last 5 years with an amazing 50% YoY growth rate. As events around the world increasingly move towards a hybrid (in-person+virtual) model, Townscript has now rebranded itself to Townhall to address a much larger opportunity across the end-to-end events lifecycle (pre, during, and post event) with its unique hybrid-native events technology offering.
