Associate Product Manager

What you'll do :

- Gather, manage, and prioritize customer requirements based on product strategy.

- Act as the customer advocate articulating the user's and/or buyer's needs.

- Break down the requirements into epics and user stories

- Come up with product / feature success metrics

- Participate in daily standup meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives and make sure features are shipped

- Support the development team with questions they may have

- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages

- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- Run beta and pilot programs with customers

Who You Are :

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS start-up.

- Bachelors in computer science or equivalent technical degree from a reputable university or college. MBAs are welcome but not required.

- Experience in agile software development practices

- Strong customer and stakeholder empathy.

- Self-motivated and execution-oriented in a fast-paced, complex environment.

- First-principles thinking & ability to prioritize ruthlessly.

- Attention to detail and a fine design sense.

- A strong team player with the ability to influence without direct authority.
