- Drive Rewards program, salary surveys and other custom surveys with market benchmarking partners salary surveys and other custom surveys with market benchmarking partners.

- Design and implement benefits program.

- expertise in Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Surveys, Variable / Incentive Pay Plan Designing, Job Evaluation and Organization Restructuring.
