Responsibility
Develop targeted applicant profiles and sourcing strategies by partnering with hiring managers to understand department operating needs and objectives, and leveraging contacts
- Define the interview protocols
- Implement a comprehensive interview kit
- Build strong relationships with hiring partners
- Identify new ways to ensure predictable hiring
- Create a powerful sourcing engine
- Maintain good relationship with the recruitment partners
- Screen and interview prospective employees for assigned requisitions to identify qualified applicants, in accordance with TE recruiting best practices, processes and procedures
- Coordinate with the hiring managers to schedule the interviews based on the feasibility of both the parties
- Maintain information in the applicant tracking system as required, and prepare relevant metrics/reports that accurately portray hiring activities and progress
- Encourage employee reference
- Regularly update the leaders on the hiring
- Create strong partnership with select academic institutions and manage a predictable quality of talent
- Plan for campus hiring & obtain approvals
- Utilize social media to cultivate a network of contacts and identify prospective employees for assigned open positions
- Understand and convey the TE vision and employer brand during all interactions with internal staff and external consultants
- Share company information with potential candidates
- Build relationship with colleges/institutions on a regular basis
Accountability
- Understand the requirements from the hiring manager and source right candidates within the stipulated time
- Deliver on all hiring requirements within defined SLAs
- Ensure the right Talent is hired
