Title: Senior Manager/HR Manager

Key Responsibility Areas
Being a key member of the HR Operations team has to continuously monitor the efficiency of the processes and ensure that all key operational metrics are met and look for opportunities to continuously improve the processes
- Support in Implementing and cascading Business / Corporate/Group HR strategy
- Ensure that all policy and rules are followed according to the Delegation of Authority in the scope which S/He is handling
- Advice, support and influence line Managers on all HR related issues, policies and processes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to details.
- Execute key HR processes within HR, i.e. performance management, Compensation Management & Design new reward strategy, Training and Development,
- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within group
- Provide support to the Functional Head on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- MBA in Human Resources Management or related field from Premier B Schools.
- 10-12+ years of experience in a HR leadership role.
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring managers
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking
- Self-starter and result oriented and comfortable when dealing with ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization
- Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Great narrative writing skills and proven experience at presenting
