Position : Branch Sales Manager (Loan Against Property and Home Finance)
Location :
1. Mumbai 2. Rajkot
3. Ahmedabad
Reporting to: Area Sales Head (Who will be in-charge of Sales for the state)
Specific Activities :
- To manage internal and external channels for sourcing LAP and Home Finance Business
- To train the sales team on LAP and Home Loan products
- To manage lead generation and conversion
- To ensure the channels log in complete files
- Communication with clients on the status of the loan and sanction, documents for disbursement etc.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving sales target for the city/location through direct efforts or through assigned relationships (DSA/Internal Teams)
- Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships
- Customer Service Management with zero escalation
- Lead Generation
- Channel Management
- Manage profitability - Productivity/Yield/Fees and acquisition cost to be within budget; cross sell insurance
- Collections from delinquent clients
Skill Set/Experience :
- Should have the drive to grow the business
- Should have worked with bank/HFC at least for 3-5 years and should have a complete understanding of the housing finance business including legal/technical
- Understanding of the local markets/identify markets for growth/complete understanding of legal/technical and acceptability of the property to be taken as security
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in local language
- Conversant with LOS/LMS
