Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance & Commercial:
- Handle finance work in general accounting, commercial and billing, vendor payments and banking activities.
- Maintaining day to day accounts in Tally cash & bank.
- Bank reconciliation (Corporate and branch)
- Vendor Payments - Vendors bills verification/ reconciliation and approval Imprest Transfer and reconciliation
- Review /checking imprest statement and approval
- Checking & verification of all staff reimbursement & processing the payment
- Rechecking/ verification of utility bills (nationally) and processing the payment
- Booking of all invoices (Revenue/ Debit Note & Credit Note)
- Tracking the payment and updating the outstanding.
Debtors reconciliation and outstanding
- Collection follow-up and cash flow management
- Preparation & finalisation of cash flow, vendors outstanding and review for the month.
- Liasoning, supervision and control of all the banks.
- Preparation & finalisation of monthly budget v/s variance.
- Approval of all the routine voucher / payments.
- Preparation /Verification of salary input & disbursal
- Processing full & final settlement of employees
- Ensuring leave and other deductions PF, ESI, P Tax, LWF & Advances
- Checking/ supervision of staff salary disbursement.
- Verification /approval of Conveyance /Time sheet
- Monthly Cash Flow/ Budget & Review
- Preparation of all billing and collection MIS
- Assisting all financial reporting/ compliance and liasoning with Government officials
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com /B.Com ( H ) M.com Or MBA - Finance from a reputed university / institute with minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office with hands on experience in MS Excel and Tally.
- Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team player skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
