Quality Conscious - We are looking for an experienced Management Trainee to cover the hereafter listed tasks Qualification: MBA Operations Key Responsibilities: - Appoint of surveyor, find a warehouse, and obtain warehouse insurance, at WAF- Lom, Senegal, Nigeria, Cotonou, Ivory Coast, etc. - Appoint clearing & forwarding agents in WAF. - Well aware of vessel operations of bulk cargo. - Able to calculate laytime calculation. - Good understanding of charter party terms & conditions & bulk vessel operations & related shipping documents. - Vessel Nomination information, stowage plan & other standard details to be shared with buyer & supplier based on delivery terms. - Understanding UCP 600, incoterms @ 2020, and container & bulk shipment documents would be an advantage. - Good understanding of pre & post shipment documents. - Good knowledge of L/C documentation, UCP 600, ISBP 745, INCOTERMS@2020 & URR 725. - Able to handle end-to-end operation from contract to payment realization & sort out quality claim-related issues. - Basic knowledge of customs rules & regulations related to export & import benefits, IGM amendment, shipping bill & BOE-related issues. - Able to handle bank queries related to documents. - Coordination with surveyors, CHA, Freight agents, and shipping line (Loading & destination). Required Skills & Experience: - MBA- Operations/ IB from Tier 1 institute. - Analytical skills - Entrepreneurship - Resilience - Ok for travel
