About the Position:
Torchbearer Advisors is looking to hire an Analyst / Senior Analyst for its Mumbai office. The candidate should have relevant experience of minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years.
Qualification:
MBA or equivalent
Required Skills:
- Understanding of financial statements and overall understanding of how a typical investment banking transaction works.
- Adept in preparation of presentations, information memorandum, financial models, company profiles, etc.
- Understanding of valuation techniques.
Job Description:
- Candidate will directly report to the CEO.
- Learning curve will be very steep and the individual must have penchant and ability of working long hours in an uncontrolled/ independent environment.
- Analyst will support the management in execution of transactions.
- Analyst will be expected to do Company/ Industry research for supporting business development.
- Preparation of presentations, information memorandum, financial models, company profiles, etc.
- Assisting in company valuation including benchmarking against peers
Compensation:
Competitive and as per industry standard. There will be an attractive variable component attached as well.
