As a Sales Manager, you will drive B2B sales and build a dynamic market for ALPHABETA, an innovative and cutting edge technology enabled finance education offering in colleges across India more specifically in North India. Your success in this role is measured by your ability to aggregate market, generate demand, build partnerships, achieve sales targets and build a relationship with decision makers in the school. In this role, you will maintain a strong customer-centric attitude and drive sales. You will be a team player who thrives in a start-up environment and has a passion for improving the quality of education. Roles & Responsibilities 1) Establish the value proposition of ALPHABETA offering among B-Schools and graduation colleges and create demand for our offering 2) Responsible to cover the entire sales cycle which includes prospecting, qualifying, sales and revenue management. 3) Relationship management with decision makers; present a consistent ALPHABETA image to schools; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 4) Responsible to track customer information and develop customer intelligence. 5) Work with product development team to provide continuous inputs based on customer feedback and help improve its value proposition 6) Plan and execute marketing activities in school-related events like competitions, leadership conferences, faculty workshops, ed-tech conferences etc. 7) The selected candidate will be required to spend more than 50% of her/his time in the field working with schools.
