Job Role: 1) Put together &amp; execute the marketing strategy as it should apply to traditional, digital and social media space. That will mean identifying and evaluating channels, devising strategies for each channel and measuring the performance of campaigns via ROI calculations. 2) Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition 3) In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends) 4) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 5) Optimize website copy and landing pages for SEM 6) Conversant with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement Some key attributes we are looking for: 1) Strong creative and brand leanings 2) Prior experience of executing brand campaigns is preferable but not mandatory 3) We need someone who can collaborate with us in building an aspirational vision for the brand for the companies, which are created as part of the start-up eco-system 4) A strong sense of responsibility and desire to make things happen. 5) Finally, a strong sense of execution of plans is going to be non-negotiable.
