Role & Responsibilities :

- Work with the VP-HR and Business heads on current staffing needs and create strategies that align with the requirements.

- Lead employment branding initiatives .

- Manage and develop TA's and develop them into a high growth team.

- Genuine interest in matching great talent with the company.

- Assist in employee retention and development.

Talent Acquisition Specialists at Toppr :

- Are as good with speed as they are with driving world-class candidate experience through our process.

- They are respected business partners, with an ability to influence and function as an expert advisor in this role.

- Are independent, adventurous and keen to be part of the startup success story

Qualification & Skills :

- 6-10 years of recruiting experience in either agency or in-house recruitment (both are ideal)

- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

- Strategic thinker with excellent communication.

- Should've managed a team of 8 to 10 people.

- Must've have an experience in Tech hiring (Product companies), Marketing, Product. Start-up experience will be preferred.
