About the Team  - We procure all goods and services timely and within expectations.   - We ensure that internal departments get what they want and we save costs for the firm.   - We make sure that vendors are paid on time and happy with Toppr experience.  Role & Responsibilities :  - Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements  - Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning  - Annual closing and finalization of Accounts  - Undertaking monthly closing of accounts  - Undertaking Variance analysis and MIS reporting  - Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors  - Ensuring timely payments to various stakeholders  - Ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor accounts  - Ensuring implementation of Business policies  - Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps  - Ensuring revenue and receivables management  - Ensuring statutory compliances like TDS and GST  - Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues  Finance Managers at Toppr  - Have a deep understanding of business principles, and finance practices  - Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills  - Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment  - Come with solid work ethics and integrity  Qualification & Skills  - Chartered Accountant or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Tier I Institute  - Minimum 3 years- experience in the accounting sector  - Possessing good leadership & technical skills  - Experienced in Team management  - Proficient with Microsoft Excel software
