ABOUT THE ROLE : 

We are looking for a candidate who will work as part of the central marketing team and will drive marketing initiatives for the Toppr learning app. The candidate will work closely with the regional marketing teams to drive high-quality user acquisition across the country. The ideal candidate should be well versed in stakeholder management, driving operations and should have good leadership skills. The candidate should have experience in managing teams and in data-driven marketing. The candidate will be expected to understand the business needs of the company to plan and execute scalable marketing activities in the country.

ABOUT TOPPR : 

- Toppr is India's leading ed-tech company with a mission to make learning personalized. Our adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 15 million students. Along with the learning app, our School Operating System (School OS) and the recently Launched Toppr Codr product, provide students with the complete in-school, after-school, and co-curricular learning ecosystem. We have the widest syllabus coverage with over 17 subjects, 22 boards, and 58 exams. We believe each child is unique with distinct learning needs. We are building Toppr as an adaptive platform to increase engagement, optimize learning and improve outcomes for all students. Toppr was started in 2013 by IIT Bombay alumni Zishaan Hayath and Hemanth Goteti and is backed by venture capital firms like SAIF, Helion, Eight Roads, Kaizen and Foundation Holdings.

KEY QUALIFICATION :

- Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputed College

- Minimum 2 years work experience in Marketing

WHO YOU ARE:


The goal will be to manage marketing activities like events, partnerships, corporate alliances, and sponsorships across the country. The marketing activities will be conducted across multiple online and offline channels.

1. Plan and execute national level marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels

2. Manage the monthly lead requirement of the company at the specified budget

3. Analyze and report the impact of various marketing activities and feed those data insights into subsequent campaigns to improve ROI

4. Work closely across teams in sales, design, supply chain, and finance to drive the marketing objectives of the company

5. Senior level stakeholder management in coordination with the regional marketing team

6. Prospect, structure, negotiate and build long term relationships with partners, vendors and other external agencies

7. Manage cost, utilization, and efficiency of leads
