We help them understand how to leverage Toppr platform for their learning We strive to take Toppr to every single household in India; and then the world. Role &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; - As mini CEOs, independently lead your respective branch; take end-to-end P&amp;L ownership for your branch. - Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently. - Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve Top-line (~INR 6.25Cr/$1M annualized) and profit targets for your branch and ensure month-on-month growth. - Create the strategies that steer the branch team including overall branch structure, hiring, compensation, sales targets, lead generation and management, territory optimization etc. - Drive consistent sales goal setting processes (with RMs and Sales Managers) and design sales incentive plans, partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership - Leverage internal tools (CRM, Sales app) to drive efficiencies in operational processes - Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for operational excellence Regional Sales Managers at Toppr :&nbsp; - Have distinctive problem solving skills - Possess excellent team building and people management abilities - Thrive in a fast-paced environment - Come with strong data management, and analytics experience &nbsp; Qualification &amp; Skills :&nbsp; - B.tech./Graduate from Tier 1 college (e.g. NITs, Delhi University) - MBA/PGDBM preferred - Minimum 3 years B2C sales experience with 1+ years managing large teams with operational complexity
