ABOUT THE ROLE : Toppr is looking for its Associate Vice President (AVP) - Performance Marketing. As an AVP of Performance Marketing, you will lead and support new initiatives that drive sales growth at Toppr. You'll drive innovation at both the strategic and campaign level. You'll be responsible for end-to-end performance marketing, which will require you to : - Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing strategy with a mix of Digital, ATL and BTL - Drive Toppr's internal performance marketing team while working closely with 3rd party vendors to seamlessly execute campaigns - Work with the Analytics team to hypothesize, monitor, and report on campaign results - Make regular recommendations on how to optimize campaign performance - Partner closely with cross-functional teams to influence and align on optimization efforts WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN TOPPR : Learn from the best : Learn from leaders who have built Toppr from ground up. HOW YOU WILL RAMP : First week : Induction programme : - Understand Toppr's journey, its values and mission. - Spend time with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr's offering, its competition, and future outlook. By Day 30 : Conduct research : Explore and analyze the best marketing channels for Toppr. Basis your research, predict the response of the campaign. The goal is positive ROI. Understand performance marketing objectives of Toppr : Define the objectives and key results (OKRs) that Toppr's marketing strategy must achieve. Plan and execute marketing proposals : Based on your research, plan and prepare the marketing plan. Present this plan to the stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into final plan. Day 90 : Track and evaluate : Set up a tracking mechanism to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaign. Evaluate performance : Generate analysis of market performance. Measure the impact of work and use data to refine priorities. Refine execution : Make decisions based on data and stay ahead of the curve aiming for the best ROI. Add new members to your team : Recruit, develop, and retain talented and motivated employees. WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED- SO FAR : Education : MBA/PGDM from Tier I Business School and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs). Experience: - 4+ years working experience in consulting industry managing various projects across growth, strategy, or marketing - Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and consulting is an advantage. Knowledge : Commercial acumen Soft Skills : Calculated risk-taking : Intuitiveness to experiment, run a pilot marketing campaign, measure its results and then take a call to scale up. Analytical : Keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, analyzing raw data, and transforming it into actionable marketing strategies. Leadership : Help the team members understand the big picture so that they can connect their success back to the success of the business. Communication : Ability to convey the right message and build a connect with people. Self-driven : Demonstrate a positive, - can-do- attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
