Associate General Manager - Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE :

- Toppr is looking for its Associate General Manager of Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Topprs business organization. You'll help grow the footprint and size of Topprs business team.

HOW YOU WILL RAMP :

In First Week :

- Understand Topprs journey, its values, and mission.

- Spend time with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Topprs offering, its competition, and future outlook

- Take full ownership of the Pan-India business recruiting team

By Day 30 :

- Layout the 12-month plan for Topprs growth

- Drive your team to achieve organizational growth for all existing Business Units across India

- Partner with cross-functional teams and sales leadership to drive consistent growth while taking responsibility for increasing the footprint of the Sales team in new geographies.

By Day 90 :

- Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Toppr and its success. By doing so, youll be solving problems on a pan-India level.

- Build a self-driven team that can operate independently.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

- B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs).

- Minimum 2 years of work experience.

ABOUT TOPPR :

- Toppr is Indias leading ed-tech company with a mission to make learning personalized. Our adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 12 million students.

- Along with the learning app, our School Operating System (School OS) and the recently Launched Toppr Codr product, provide students with the complete in-school, after-school, and co-curricular learning ecosystem.

- We have the widest syllabus coverage with over 20 subjects, 20 boards, and 50 exams. We believe each child is unique with distinct learning needs. We are building Toppr as an adaptive platform to increase engagement, optimize learning, and improve outcomes for all students.
