Role & Responsibilities:- 1. Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department's goals and revenue policy 2. Ensure regular revenue entries are posted in accounting software. 3. Support Accounts Receivable executives on a daily basis and train new team members 4. Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles 5. Stay updated on industry and legislative changes 6. Managing and controlling the collection process in coordination with branch finance executives for its reconciliation with customer accounts. 7. Managing and implementation of new payment modes for collection in all branches across India. 8. Reconciliation of collection through various mode of payments with customer accounts. 9. Managing collection report, its aging and reporting it to top management on daily basis. 10. Follow up with sales coordinators for recovery of default payments from customers. 11. Managing timely accounting of collection and bank reconciliation on a monthly basis. 12. Designing and actively implementing credit and collection policy ensuring customer satisfaction and growth in sales. 13. Preparing MIS Reports and CFS Reports on a monthly basis to be reviewed by management and investors. 14. Assisting in smooth completion of statutory audit, due diligence audit. 15. Assisting in other financial activities carried on a daily basis by the company. 16. All other matters related to finance and accounts.
