Toppr is looking for an Associate General Manager (AGM) for its Sales Renewals team. As an AGM, you'll own, lead, and deliver the overall sales renewals strategy for your zone. you'll build capabilities to improve the overall efficiency of renewals and strengthen Toppr's customer base. To do so, you'll set ambitious goals, train people, and scale processes and systems.&nbsp; - You'll ensure that your team is there for the customer every step of the way, which includes understanding their queries and coordinating cross-functionally to get them resolved. You'll lead, inspire, provide direction, and guide the day-to-day operations of your team. you'll be the P&amp;L owner for all cities in your zone. HOW YOU'LL RAMP :&nbsp; In First Week: - Understand Toppr's journey, its values and mission. - Spend time with the HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr's offering, its competition, and future outlook. By Day 30: - Gain a deep understanding of Toppr's offering, its competition, and the transformational outcomes it helps students achieve. - Become an expert at understanding students- experience with Toppr and ensure that they are happy with their personalized learning experience. - Partner with Lead Mentors in your zone and devise a strategy to drive user retention in your zone. - Drive daily operations and sales processes with an eye towards future growth of your zone. By Day 90: - Interview, hire, and onboard talented employees for your team. - Coach and mentor your new team members and help them get up-to-speed with Toppr and its counseling process. Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Toppr and its success. By doing so, you- ll be solving problems on a pan-India level. KEY QUALIFICATIONS : - MBA/PGDBM from Tier I Business School and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs). &nbsp;- Minimum 3 years of work experience and spent 1 year managing large teams.
