About the Role:

Toppr is looking for an HR Leader (AGM / GM) in its HR Operations team. As an HR leader, you'll drive HR processes and initiatives across the entire employee life cycle.

You would closely work with our Sales and HR leadership and lead projects around people for your line of business. The role would pivot around the following:

1) Drive the programs that future-readies your line of business viz. leadership development, culture, talent management.

2) Build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders and Business leaders.

3) Responsible for collaborating with different parts of the HR organization to ensure adherence to the firm's people practices.

4) Support and participate in the business strategy by bringing in the people's context.

5) Develop people strategy and programs in alignment with the priorities of the business.

6) Manage People connect programs, run employee diagnostics, drive engagement initiatives, talent retention programs.

7) Lead initiatives to improve the end-to-end HR delivery processes.
