ROLE: Lead the project management team. The candidate will carry responsibility to prioritize projects, their management and execution. Use data and analysis to improve product quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Planning the Sprints, prioritize the sprint backlog, lead the teams, manage the development process, identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals and ensure effective communication within/across project teams. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Create a roadmap for product development and delivery. - Take responsibility for quality control. - Build the team over time. Mentor and groom them for their professional development. - Define metrics and analyse data to measure engagement levels and performance of students. - Track and use the user feedback and data to improve product quality. Constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy and content design. - Understanding and implementing of project management practices. Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects.
