Job Description:
Job Title: Management Trainee
Department: Sales team
Qualification & Experience: B tech + Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Post graduate diploma in management (PGDM)
Reports to: Head Operations & Head R&D or Head QA (in rotation) + Head-HR to guide
Responsible for (brief summary):
- Develop detailed product/ process/ production and operations knowhow
- Manage cross functional internal team contracting
- Create & execute improvement projects
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Document processes and SOPs and execute them well
- Knowledge management
- Maintain and manage cross functional teams on various projects
- Identify and lead improvement projects
- Standardize & document ad hoc procedures
- Aid digitization of approach and method in QA/ PD/ Production
- Be a SPOC for internal coordination in S2030 implementation
- Mining external Data points which would act as inputs in long term/short term decision making
Skills and attributes required:
- Good cross functional conceptual knowledge
- Aware & hands on about process, strategy and marketing concepts
- Good Listening and fast learning curve will be required
- Ability to persevere and be comfortable with ambiguous goals
- Good written and verbal communication
- Multi-tasking ability
- Good knowledge of excel and MS office and any upcoming tools
- Candidate knowing Japanese language is a plus
- Trainees may be required to undergo training at our plant facility, where they will work in Quality Assurance for one year, followed by 6 months each in Research and Development and Application Development. This will provide them with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products and services and enable them to better serve our customers.
