With a team of 1500+ and operation in 13 cities we now are looking to strengthen our TA team to help the brand grow even faster

Role description:

toothsi is looking for a TA specialist , an individual who is looking for a high growth, high ownership role filled with an opportunity to learn at a steep pace. The role involves managing Leadership hiring and Campus relations and would involve working closely with the founders & other business leaders on their function's hiring requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the efforts in closing leadership mandates across business functions

- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it

- Work cross functionally and foster strong consultative relations with key stakeholders

- Create Talent pipeline by leveraging social media to attract passive candidates

- Lead Campus strategy (Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges)

Candidate qualification:

- MBA (Full Time) preferably

- Atleast 3+ years of strong experience in Leadership hiring

- Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment and consistently meet hiring deadlines

- Strong understanding of the Indian Start ups and Talent availability

- A zeal to learn & grow
