Planning - - Understand the business process flow & organize the Sales, Business Development & Operations team. - Recruitment for the Sales, Business Development & Operations teams with support of the HR team - Distribution of targets to ensure that the monthly targets are achieved. - Coordination with the Central Operations & Customer Experience teams at Head Office for smooth operations at City level - Updating the management team with progress, challenges & developments on a periodic basis. Sales & Business Development - - Allocation of yearly & monthly targets within the team - Tracking of progress of sales calls & business development - Supporting the team with the right sales process for increasing conversions - Implement systems & processes to deliver a positive customer experience - Analyse sales performance & implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Work with the team to on board key accounts / high value associate dentists Operations - - Closely work with the Customer Engagement, Customer Support & Conversion teams to ensure delivery of seamless customer experience. - Organize & manage city level operations in a manner that all delivery commitments are met. - Achievement of timeline commitments & cost control
