ToothSi - Manager - Human Resources (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities -
- HR Generalist profile with focus on Recruitments
- Own end to end recruiting for technical as well as non - technical role in a start-up culture
- Manage the recruiting process including interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing
- Source and identify the right talent across all available platforms including online, offline, consultants, etc.
- Be a part of the larger start-up community across the country and participate in industry events as applicable
- Support in HR Operations pertaining to Salary Negotiations, Employee Onboarding, Induction, Employee Relations and Communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA - Human Resources (Full Time)
- Skilled in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Well versed with usage of Word, Excel, Internet and Job Portals
- Should have worked in either a Start-up or any fastpaced business.
Experience, Exposure and Attitude -
- Well versed with bulk as well as lateral hiring
- Familiar with usage of job platforms used by start ups
- Well networked in the start-up fraternity - through personal networks as well as professional and social networks
- High interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
