Financial Modelling, Manage Due Diligence and other related activities 2. Create / update pitchbook / investor presentations 3. Work closely with Accounts team for Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis 4. Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan 5. Develop and maintain performance metrics for the investor relations function 6. Represent the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy 7. Oversee day to day accounting & compliances Financial Planning, Reporting and supporting senior management for investor relations function 8. Drive process automation and standardization 9. Evolve business reporting to keep pace with changing business needs Qualifications & Requirements: 1. CA/MBA from a reputed institution is a must 2. Min 5-7 years of experience in raising funds for a start-up in dynamic & hyper growth environment is a must 3. A strong understanding of the Private equity and Venture capital industry, with an exposure in stratups 4. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail is a must, with an experience to build systems from scratch 5. Ability to influence and effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with partners, portfolio companies and Investors 6. Strong articulation, time management and organizational skills 7. An extrovert and ability to establish rapport easily
