- End to End ownership & accountability of the departments that fall under your purview - Define Deliverables of Department that falls under the purview of Central Operations. - Plan for operational teams & resources required - Prioritise projects based on impact & delivery. Lead Department Operations: - Finalise Processes & KPIs: Review existing process & build new if required. - Use Automation to design & implement process solutions for accuracy, efficiency & scalability. - Design KPIs to monitor & set up MIS reports. - Analysis on these reports to come up with relevant insights. Building a Team: - Define Who To Hire & detail work profile & experience, education & salary benchmarks. Work closely with recruitment team. - Review work done & mentor Team - Provide feedback on work done by the reportees. - Ensure training of team members. - Responsible for performance management & compliance of processes. - Work with Customer Engagement, Biz Development & Marketing Team to ensure Customer Delivery.
