Your day in ToneTag: - Support Senior Management team in developing and communicating a sound sales strategy to maximize revenue and profitability, and to capitalize on new market opportunities. - Scan the competitive market to understand and evaluate the service offerings of other companies and partners, as well as keep up to date with the rules and regulations affecting the relevant industries. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Company's payment and non-payment solutions, technologies, products and services. - Engage in business development activities to acquire new customers and expand the Company's existing client base and revenue sources within India and outside. - Solicit clients and potential new revenue sources through networking with strategic partners - Update the CRM system to track leads and identify solid business opportunities. - Liaise with different internal departments to channel feedback on customer and partner requirements, preferences and value-added features. - Measure the effectiveness of various sales strategies and tactics by determining the impact on the bottom line. What you need - - A university degree in Commerce, Business Administration or in an equivalent field of study from a Premier Institute. - 5 to 8 years of relevant sales and business development experience, preferably within the mobile/online payment industry in India, as well as B2B experience. - A proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding sales targets. - Should understand the constant demands and changes associated with this position. - Should have spent a significant part of career in a mid-sales role and understands the constant demands and changes associated with this position. - Should have the ability to strategically select potential clients and focus on maintaining multiple sourcing alternatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential prospects for new business and revenue opportunities. - Should have the patience and the ability to tactfully handle client inquiries and negotiations. - Should be a self-motivator who can work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills. - Should be responsible and a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and Leadership skills and should be comfortable presenting in front of small and large audiences. - Should demonstrate excellent enthusiasm and a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment. - Individual should be willing to take up new projects & sell new solutions. Excellency / Proficiency in: - Presentation Skills - Handling strategic clients - Execution & deployment of projects - Should have had experience working with people in different layers (i.e Manager level to CXO level) Great to haves: - Existing connects in payments / retail industry. - Highly motivated person with passion for sales and result orientated. - Great Communication Skills preferably both in English and Hindi.
