Toffee Insurance - Senior Finance Manager (Female Candidate Only) We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & Finance person to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. - Prepare month-end closing in terms of Revenue of various payment business verticals and directly associated cost. - Validation and analytic assessments of Revenue and direct cost, work closing with FP&A team on same. - Work closely with MIS and Billing team to avoid any gap and reconciliation issues with Merchants. - To handle new business arrangement, workaround to build strong controls, execution and reporting of same - Responsible to manage accounts receivables highlight overdue and risk to the business team and take appropriate action around that. - Manage Banking Operations and bank reconciliation, ensure recording of all collections and adjustments required. - Work with Risk team for any chargeback / doubtful / risk-oriented on merchant settlement- Business Partnering: - Develop financial plans along with various Business and technology teams, with rigour on Bottoms-up approach. - Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in-depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable. - Partnering with respective category and cross-functional teams for new business initiatives. - Do scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives - Handle the ad-hoc request and problem-solving with short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making - Continuous tracking of key financials and business metrics, accurate reporting and circulating the same to relevant stakeholders at requisite time intervals- - Acts as a running source of truth for numbers - key metrics and performance drivers - Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and leverage that to create views for creating actionable plans- - Prepare financial information & analysis for business reviews/presentations with key highlights - Participate & Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency who are We looking for - Experience in Startups will be a plus. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality - Strong business acumen to understand the business requirements - Hustle and get things done attitude. - Ability to manage a relationship with various stakeholder - Effective communication and problem-solving skillset - Ability to articulate and confidently address day to day finance issues
