Sourcing Specialist
- As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be deeply involved in creating a talent pipeline of passive candidates, running campaigns on social media, conducting candidate engagement and outreach programs.
- You would be responsible for managing all aspects of candidate generation and marketing of our roles while developing long term sourcing strategies and nurture trusting associations with potential hires.
Responsibilities :
- Mine databases to identify potential candidates and screen profiles for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to open requirements
- Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate database
- Responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for the current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough research to identify passive talent pool for CxO and other leadership level hiring needs
- Headhunt and map candidates from target companies using various sourcing tools like social media, Github, StackOverflow etc
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing effectiveness based on recruitment funnel, sourcing channel, and time to fill analysis
- Manage the dynamic workload and ensure quality and a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Work across teams to ideate and implement new initiatives and drive them through completion with ongoing assessment and reporting on success metrics.
