Job Description:

TO THE NEW is looking for a seasoned Account Director in Digital Marketing. If you are passionate about digital, think that digital marketing is more of a science than creative, loves the company of digital technologists and marketers, are numbers drive and love the fast-paced environment then please don't stop reading.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and mentor a team of Account and Client Servicing Managers.

- Manage overall agency/client relationship and establish rapport and long-term relationships with the clients

- Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them achieve their business and marketing objectives.

- Implement sound project management processes and tools for delivery and execution

- Ensure client retention and revenue growth

- Manage relationships with large clients independently

- Help sales team with annumination during sales pitches

- Create effective digital strategies while closely working with the planning and creative teams

- Understand the business and marketing requirements of existing and new clients and propose digital solutions, led be digital marketing, technology and analytics

Must have Skills:

- 8-12 years of total experience

- Minimum experience of 3 years in digital

- At-least 3 years of experience in client servicing/account management

- Very sound understanding of everything digital including Social, Media, SEO, Email, Automation, Analytics and Content

- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolio

- Prior experience of handling a team of account managers

- Ability to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions that can help clients achieve their business objectives

- Ability to conceive and communicate digital strategies
