Responsibilities :

- Enable and facilitate effective resource utilization by maintaining the current bench of resources & skill database of the organization.

- Ensure effective resource & skill management (including POC or Demo Projects under PreSales).

- Work directly with Delivery Heads and Project Leads to facilitate appropriate staffing across projects

- Participate in and timely present status in steering committees / review meetings. Oversee fulfillment & mobilization of resource requirements proactively (Allocation & De-allocation) in a unified manner.

- Work with the L&D team to manage up-skilling/re-skilling/cross- skilling of resources as per business needs.

- Measure the effectiveness of resource management function by developing and ensuring appropriate execution, of Key Risk Indicators ("KRI's") and metrics

- Define policy / process changes required to support the changing business needs and work with stakeholders in implementing the change.

- Publish regular dashboards highlighting the resource utilization, bench cost and other key metrics related to RMG function

Must have:

- An entrepreneurial approach with full understanding of business needs

- Ability to operate and influence in a matrix structure and be sensitive to cross functional matters & project needs.

- Regular liaison with Sales for planning & managing resources as per Sales Funnel.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate with Delivery Heads and Project Managers.

- Highly detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
