Responsibilities :

HR Policy Administration :

- Educate managers and staff on the HR policies

- Suggest policy changes to Management on the basis of operational experience and industry best practice

- Ongoing review of the HR policies and procedures and implement revisions, new initiatives etc

Payroll & Benefits Administration :

- Review of Payroll Inputs

- Auditing Payroll & Reimbursement Registers

- Monitoring employee insurance claims

- Resolving queries pertaining to statutory compliances like PF and ESI etc.

HR Analytics :

- Work on HR analytics

- Prepare dashboards and provide analysis on the data available.

Performance Management :

- Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews of all employees

- Conducting feedback sessions

- Identifying key talent pool and developing succession plans for key positions

- Responsible for the Annual Salary Appraisals and Probation Confirmations

Employee Relations and Employee Engagement :

- Handling escalated Employee Concerns and Grievances

- Gathering information on issues raised and initiating necessary action

- Providing the feedback to employees and closing the issues

- Handling disciplinary issues

- Conducting One-on-Ones with employees

- Spearheading Focus group discussion and Skip level meetings.

- Taking care of all the exit formalities including Exit Interviews.

- Handling the Employee Engagement activities.

Must Have :

- 5-7 years of relevant functional experience

- MBA from a Premier Institution with specialization in Human Resources

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player

- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership
