Job Description TO THE NEW is looking for a Digital Content Lead for one of its largest social media marketing projects. Key responsibilities include: - Development and execution of the integrated content strategy in consultation with the Project Manager - Development and optimization of social media content ensuring that all the business narratives and messages are supported by the social media content strategies and editorial decisions that he/she will formulate along with the Client, Project Manager, and other key stakeholders. - Oversight of the activities of the content department, topic generation, as well as working closely with the content team in the creation of excellent day to day social media creatives - Lead and inspire the development of good social media content by the team inclusive of banners, videos, infographics, etc. in order to ensure optimal delivery of social media content/creatives to target audiences across multiple social media channels - Check social media copies for grammatical, spelling and typographical errors - Check facts and statistics to ensure a text is accurate and correct - Suggest engaging formats, styles for social media creatives that drive engagement on channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. - Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of social media content on Twitter and other channels Must Have Skills: - Minimum 6 years of total experience in social media - creative copy writing and creation or marketing - Must have a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, I - Understand the digital marketing ecosystem - social media marketing across multiple channels - Be highly knowledgeable on the best social media practices will have knowledge in the workings and navigation of key social media platforms - Ability to do research and create highly creative and engaging social media copies for B2B and B2C customers - Ability to understand different sectors and industries and the business ecosystem in India - Experience in writing for government accounts is a huge plus
