Job Description :

We are looking for a Merger and Acquisition specialist to work in a strategic role with the business leaders and senior management to create an impact in the growth story of TO THE NEW. The ideal person would have extensive experience in complete M&A deal lifecycle with an IT Services Organization and currently aspiring to take up a challenging role of leading the strategic initiative for inorganic expansion of TTN across geographies including but not limited to US in a high pace/high growth work environment. The individual will manage business development, due diligence, negotiation, signing, and closing of deals.

Responsibilities :

1. Actively involve in M&A deal origination and execution activities - including evaluation of leads, due diligence, negotiations, documentation, financial modeling, market comparisons, presentation of the proposal with recommendation via constant interaction with target companies & PE funds

2. Perform industry-company analysis, present clear and concise data to develop business plans & financial model for M&A and Start-up funding

3. Manage Annual Operating Plan, budget and forecasts as well as other resources with the business leaders

4. Develop a broad network of connect with CXOs, Promoters, Private Equity Funds, Sector oriented Investors

5. Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches.

6. Define problem statements and determine the right approach to find the solutions

7. Maintain an awareness of external factors which can impact the business growth and communicate it to the leadership team

8. Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are designed accordingly and that their business is retained.

9. To develop, lead and manage an innovative, growth-focused strategy and advice management on market trends to ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated

Requirements :

1. Strong experience of at least 4+ years in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and investment banking in dealing with Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) domain organizations across geographies

2. Worked on transactions including buy-side & sell-side of M&A and Private Equity advisory for companies across various sectors

3. Worked on the evaluation of leads, due diligence, negotiations, financial modeling, market comparisons, proposals with the recommendation, and execution of the deal

4. Identified capital raising and M&A opportunities - prepared pitchbooks, sector presentations, valuation analysis using DCF & other methods, comparables benchmarking, industry research, data analysis

5. Evaluation of investment opportunities and end-to-end deal execution - collateral preparation, investor outreach, process mgmt., documentation; discussion & closing in technology verticals

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills to various audiences, including Board of Directors and C-level executive teams
