Role :

We're looking for a Client Services Manager to help manage the existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Client Services Manager will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our services and act as a liaison between the client and the Ops team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Provide periodic updates to stakeholders on the progress of any service projects and tasks that directly affect each client.

2. Develop open and effective channels of communication and conduct scheduled meetings with each client.

3. Coordinate with the Internal Ops team and projects to determine the best utilisation of resources with the purpose to increase client satisfaction

4. Encourage revenue growth by inspiring repeat-business from existing clients.

5. Become the reliable point of contact for the client that is required to establish a strong business relationship.

6. Monitor and measure client satisfaction and report this to all the relevant stakeholders.

7. Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.

8. Conduct client service workshops and presentations.

9. Conduct regular training and sessions with the Ops team.

10. Create and report on Client Service KPI metrics

Must-Have :

1. 5+ years- experience in a client servicing or client relationship management.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Prior experience in managing and growing clients.

4. High service-orientation approach.

5. Team members should be able to look up to this position for help, advice, and guidance when required.

6. Good knowledge of all the trending project reporting tools such as MS Office, Excel, in particular, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Good to have :

1. 1+ years- experience in a management position is preferred

2. Prior experience in a media services company, OTT or a post-production house.
