TNC360 - CTO/Co-Founder - Startup

- This is a pure equity role in the boot-strapped phase and possible payout can start only if we receive funding.

- TNC360 is a fitness tech startup which provides a platform for coaches and users to come together and create a healthy lifestyle. The core of TNC360 is Training, Nutrition and Community which are the three pillars of Fit and Healthy lifestyle and we strive to bring them together.

- The startup is in nascent stage ( Product is under development) & the incoming CTO/cofounder will build own TechTeam . This is a very hands-on job.

Key lookout aspects :

- Looking for a mature & energetic person having an entrepreneur spirit.

- Responsible for maintaining the strategic focus of the project and is in charge of turning a concept into reality.

- Act as a Product Manager for the application and work with developers to manage development life cycle of the project

- Work with developers to get the app developed and market ready.

- Develop new features on the app from the backlog.

- Maintain the tech stack and also bring out new features on the app.

- Responsible for Hiring the tech team and working with the founder on Business Critical decisions.

- Will independently take design and technology decisions, mentor team members and guide them on deliverables and drive a sustained process focus within the team.

- Will be handling verification and validation of mission critical software

- Will be coordinating with teams using strong customer service skills and technical skills.

- Will work in Access Control System, Automation, and Mobile application development.

Technical Knowledge :

- Should have experience in mobility (Web and native apps), must have an intimate experience with native app development (Android( Kotlin, Flutter) , iOS (Swift) ), as well as experience developing products for the mobile & web.

- 8 to 10 years of experience managing Mobile/Web application development including mobile applications

- Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular Mobile/Web application framework.

- A technocrat having hands-on experience on Fitness/Ecommerce Apps technologies, pro in coding.

- History of strong leadership and the ability to maintain a collaborative culture.

- Has contributed to one or more open-source projects.

- Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimisation.

- Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.

- Familiarity with consumer privacy and payment industry compliance requirements.

- Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting, and administrative operations.
