Job Position: Senior Executive - KPI Reporting HRP
Location : [Gurgaon] - Full Time
Job Purpose:
We're looking for a quick learner to dive in and assist in this rapidly growing function. This role provides Payroll & HR Ops support for day to day functions. Assists the Team Leader/ Manager in providing professional services on HR & Payroll operational matters for a portfolio of Global Clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the TMF network of global offices and third party business partners to coordinate outsourced payroll and accounting services for client entities around the world
- Updating/maintaining client reporting tools, e.g. statutory deadlines calendar, KPIs reports
- Communicates with TMF Local Office independently
- Creating and updating process maps, manuals, issue logs
- Handle escalations from stake-holders on issues related Payroll and HR Ops
- Generate MIS & necessary reports as and when needed
- Handle short term and long-term projects related to HR Operations & Payroll.
- Preparation of SOPs, Guidelines and Checklist for all HR Ops related processes
- Work with Service Delivery Coordination Centre / Local Office on 100% adherence on all statutory matters
Key Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of previous experience in Handling Payroll, HR Ops & Hire to Retire functions is mandatory
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required.
- Must have and a customer-service approach. Must demonstrate a knack for navigating in an ambiguous environment. MS Office proficiency required.
