Position: Team Lead – Professional Services (HR, Legal, Consulting, Travel, Finance and Accounting

Reporting to: Senior Research Manager

About the Team: Team includes multiple sub-domains / indirect spend categories such as HR, Legal, Consulting, Travel, Finance and Accounting

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead the professional services category and provide actionable sourcing solutions to clients across industries

- Assist clients in identifying and evaluating suitable partners/suppliers in the professional services category (Legal, consulting, HR and Financial services)

- Track and analyse best practices related to spend management in indirect categories

- Monitor and evaluate key developments related to strategic sourcing

- Support clients with procurement spend benchmarking and cost optimization strategies

- Performing Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) for Legal and HR outsourcing categories.

- Negotiation support based on spend analysis.

- Category management support to Professional Services Category Managers of Fortune 500 clients.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations within Professional Services

- Looking at minimum 4+ years of hands on experience .

- Good command over financial concepts and understanding of the jargons

- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

- The ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
