I have Job opportunity for HR- Team Lead in a leading Telecom MNC based at Gurgaon.

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

- Collaborate with the business heads & Business HR representatives to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for all positions

- Lead a team of recruiters and ensure periodic reviews with them, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs while closing positions (both domestic and international).

- Determine appropriate recruiting sources such as job fairs, networking , local-recruiting marketing campaigns, employee referral programs, co-op programs, employment agencies, social networking and targeted websites.

- Work towards building employer branding

- Build relationships with consulting partners across geographies & empanel vendors in every geography we operate in and drive vendor governance

- Responsible for MIS & reporting for all activities related to Talent Acquisition, including but not limited to position analysis, vendor evaluation etc.

- Drive the Campus recruitment program , both technical & management & participate actively in band building programs on campuses
