Delhi based Private Equity firm is looking to hire a senior operating professional with experience in operations/consulting. Following are the key elements of job profile

- Close involvement in day to day operations of portfolio companies, work with the management teams

- Independently run portfolio companies or specific business units or new initiatives

- Monitoring of portfolio companies performance and performance reporting to investors

- Exit planning and execution

- The base location is Delhi but the candidate should be open to travel across India. A hands on experience of running business units and/or consulting is a must.
