We are SME-focused, sector-agnostic, buyout private equity fund based out of New Delhi.

Role: Associate - Investor Relations and Communication

The firm is looking for an individual to join its investor relations team based in New Delhi. This IR team is highly active and plays an integral part in maintaining relationships with sophisticated HNIs and institutional investors as well as significantly contributing to fundraising efforts. The candidate should possess strong technical know-how and the ability to understand investments, along with a real understanding of how to build long lasting relationships. This position will be responsible for administering investor activity, including ensuring timely and accurate processing of investor communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES - 

- Prepare investor communications notes and emails.

- Ensure continuous flow of information to investors including updates on activities of the fund and portfolio companies, monthly and quarterly reports.

- Monitor investor emails and calls and assist with system access and ad hoc inquires/data requests.

- Maintain and update contact management database

- Assist in preparing and maintaining fund raising materials including pitch books, PPM, Q&As, presentations, etc.

- Handle marketing and communication activities for the Fund including preparation of press releases, marketing materials, content and presentations

- Handle social media activities of the Fund.

- Develop and implement communication strategy for the fund

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE - 

- Technical understanding of investments and finance

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Fluency in English is a must

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Suite

- Comfortable working with high level decision makers (CEOs, Fund Managers, Chief Investment Officers, Family Principals)

- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Bachelor's degree
