Identifying & leveraging opportunities with business for org development interventions 2. Understanding the stated & unstated development needs for a division/ business & translating it to measurable & impactful interventions 3. Owning & driving behavioral & managerial development initiatives for the organization 4. Program manage OD projects 5. Communicating & engaging with different audience segments 6. Developing & Coaching the managerial staff on leadership & people management principles Key Responsibility Areas - Program Management & Roll-out of Learning Programs - Program manage specific organization development programs - The role holder will communicate and engage with different audience segments, facilitating the utilization of available learning programs as well as identifying new opportunities for building learning content - The role-holder will facilitate processes to build functional capability. - Explore diverse learning methods and create content - The role holder will explore learning formats like gamification, bite-sized learning, e-learning etc and develop suitable content. The role holder could also deliver learning programs. - OD projects - Provide facilitation, project management & measurement support for various Organizational Development & Organizational Effectiveness projects across Titan. One Manager- L&D and one offroll support reporting into the role.
