Titan - Project Manager - Field Digitalization (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams and coordinate project activities, including communication, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and monitoring financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, including data privacy, security, and governance.
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
- Retail Business Knowledge will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing project budgets and timelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
